The preeminent forum for Uber drivers online. You can ask questions and have other drivers answer them based on their experiences, though there’s a good chance you can find your question already answered in their extensive archives.
This is a good Source for the latest news from the driver’s perspective as well as a lot of funny and interesting pictures, videos, and memes to keep you entertained when you’re not driving.
A smaller forum than UberPeople that also has sections for Lyft, Sidecar, and general rideshare. Could be particularly helpful if you drive for a non-Uber company.
This one-man operation is a great resource for rideshare drivers. Harry, the eponymous Rideshare Guy, is a driver and blogger who has written and done podcasts on every topic that would matter to a rideshare driver - including helpfully detailed stuff about taxes, referral codes, and how to track your income.
This is one of many Uber facebook groups that can be valuable resources. It’s a closed group but they’re quick to allow new members. This group also has the benefit of not being the complete gripe-fest that some other forums can turn into - it says ‘Happy’ right there in the name!
Company news from Uber corporate. This is a good place to keep up on new products, initiatives, and anything else emanating from the mothership.
The Lyft equivalent of the Uber Newsroom. Even if you don’t drive for both companies, it’s a good idea to keep up on news from both of them so you can see what changes might be coming down the pipeline.
